Points is a unified loyalty rewards network for Saudi Arabia. Customers earn points from any participating merchant and redeem them as a discount at checkout across the entire network — a single wallet shared between thousands of stores. How Points works for merchants

Customer shops at your store

Customer goes through your normal checkout flow — web, mobile app, in-store POS, anywhere you integrate.

Your backend calls the Points API

On order confirmation, you call Points with the order amount, phone number, and items. Points issues and settles rewards.

Customer earns or redeems

Depending on the flow, the customer either earns points on the purchase, or redeems points as a discount.

Points notifies you via webhooks

Order events (approved, captured, cancelled, refunded, shipping status changes) are pushed to your webhook endpoints in real time.

Integration patterns

There are two primary ways to integrate with Points — pick whichever matches your business.

Earning methods

The simplest integration. Award points to customers on three independent channels: order purchases, store ratings, and product ratings. No checkout redirection required.

Checkout flow (earn + redeem)

Full integration where customers can redeem points during your checkout. Requires a short redirect to the Points checkout page and a webhook handler on your side.
